4 way Test Certificate distribution

The Four-Way Test of the things we think, say or do is a test used by Rotarians world-wide as a moral code for personal and business relationships. The test can be applied to almost any aspect of life. Rotary Club of Tezpur has distributed 4, 4 way Test Certificate in the month of October. They are - Mr.Runal Rajbongsh (He is a freelance tattoo artist and got Northeast Harmony Award in 2016-17. He also hold India Book of Record and Asia Book of Record for stone art in 2021-22), Dr.Bhupen Saikia ( President Tezpur Sahitya Sabha ) , Mrs. Babita Dey( Principal De’s Montessori School ) and Dr.Anushabda Rai
