Responding to the call of Government, Rotary Club of Golaghat has decided to take up permanent project of adoption of few Govt. Anganwadi Centres in a phase manner and, accordingly, adoption of the first such centre viz. Kathkatia Anganwadi Centre on a pilot basis was inaugurated by District Governor Rtn. Dr. Kushanava Pabi during his maiden official visit to RC Golaghat on 12.10.2022 in presence of AG Zone-XII Rtn. Ellendra Thoudam and First Lady Rtn Jaya Pabi. With an aim to adopt the same, Club has carried out several repairing and replacement works of the centre. A water filter was also presented to the centre in the inauguration programme.
