We, the Rotarains of Rotary Club of Greater Silchar took an initiative on 30th Sep the last day of Basic Education & Literacy month opened an Adult Literacy Centre named "SAKSHAM" at Jeevan Deep Senior Citizen Home. The project was started with the hands of our Club Service Chairman Rtn. Joyjit Biswas.
