Project Description:--:
Rotary Club of Golaghat organised a Blood Donation camp at Don Bosco College campus on 8th February, 2023 with active cooperation from Rotaract Club of the College and supported by the technical team headed by the in-charge Doctor of the Blood Bank of Swahid Kushal Konwar Civil Hospital, Golaghat. Out of total 55 persons reported for Blood Donation, 43 donors including the Principal, Vice-Principal and students of the College could donate 43 units of blood to the Govt. Blood Bank. Haemoglobin levels of rest 12 students were tested lower than permissible level at site and, hence, they were excluded from donating. The event was well covered by the presence of print and electronic media.
