Children’s Day celebration at Tagore Memorial School (Happy School)

Project Overview:--: Rotary Club of Shillong Heritage organised a celebration for the children of Tagore Memorial School on the 15th of November, 2022 by donating books and stationary items alongwith a bag of goodies.
Project Description:--:
Rotary Club of Shillong Heritage organised a celebration for the children of Tagore Memorial School a happy school of RCSH on the 15th of November, 2022 for 133 students who all belonged to the below poverty line group. The existing library of the school was upgraded with educational as well as story books. Educational toys such as puzzles were also given. The children were also given a set of stationary items containing pencils, erasers, sharpeners, crayons, sketch pens, rulers etc for their daily use in school. The children also received a goodies bag of eatables as their lunch snack. It was a delight to see their joyful faces. Members of the club interacted with the children and asked them to study well.
