Free Cataract Surgery Camp at CAMRI Hospital.

Project Overview:--: Cataract Surgery to 42 screened medically eligible Patients are done at CAMRI Hospital at free of cost.
Project Description:--:
Every Year Rotary Club of Burdwan, organize free cataract surgery camp with 100% success rate. In the month of December 2022, after announcement of screening camp by the club, under privileged patients from around Burdwan Town and from far and near by villages are screened by a medical team at club building for their medical fitness to receive cataract surgery .In the preoperative Screening camp, medically fit patients are recommended for surgery. This year 42 patients underwent cataract surgery on 12/01/2023. Post operative check up was done on 18/01/2023 at CAMRI Hospital and all of them are found well. This was a successful surgery camp with 100% success rate.
