Hosting of XXXIII District Conference RID3240 ‘ TARANGA’ at Digha.

The most significant event of the Rotary International Districts is its Conference. This year under the able leadership of DG Dr. Kushanava Pabi , the XXXIII District Conference of RID3240 ' TARANGA' was held from 6th to 8th January 2023 at Biswa Bangla Convention Center 'Dighashree' , Digha. It was a challenging tusk to organize a RI District Conference outside the jurisdiction of its own. Under the able leadership of District Governor Rtn. Dr. and Conference Chair PDG Dr. Debasis Das , Rotary Club of Burdwan successfully done the job as host club with the co-operation of all other 5 Rotary Clubs of Zone-III RID3240 as Co- hosts. The Conference registered 990 Roatarians, Rotaractors and Guests. The conference was en-reached with famous guest speakers, PRID, RIPR, and a number of PDGs from RID3240 also with representation from RID3262. It was excellent in hospitality with abundant space for advancement of friendship & fellowship with an unique arrangement of cultural programs. Overall management and hospitality by the host and co-host clubs got highest appreciation from all the attendees.
