Rotary Club of Greenland Silchar felicitated with the Nation Builder Awards to 6 (six) selected Teachers from rural schools of Cachar based on the NBA evaluation. Assistant Governor, Zone 15, Chandana Purkayastha was present as Chief Guest and Prof. Dr Madhumita Dhar Sarkar, HOD, Department of Law, Assam University, was present as Guest of Honour. The club felicitated Six Teachers Sumit Nath, Tapan Gogoi, Panchali Ghosh, Priyanka Debroy, Samik Chakraborty and Rituparna Bhattacharjee with Nation Builder Award on that auspicious occasion. Teachers shared their valuable thoughts during the program. The Club also felicitated Swaraj Paul, another teacher who struggled the way in his life due to poverty and still achieved success.
