Rotary Club of Durgapur Smart City participated a wonder Seminar "Bhabmurti", Public Image Seminar (Zone- I - IV), RID: 3240 organized by RC Burdwan South....there was a mind blowing Debate Competition in the Seminar ...Seven Rotarians delivered their opinions for and against the motion "Each Rotarian is sufficient brand ambassador for the public image of Rotary"... Rtn. Lt. Col Bhagirath Dey as club Literacy chair of RC Durgapur Smart City, was adjudged the joint Runner up both in the Judges Choice and the Audience Poll...All the speakers were excellent in their thoughts
