Rotary Club of Gauhati West took active participation in the Rotary Youth Exchange Programme in which twelve youth from six countries visited our district. Rtn Mahesh Santani hosted the guest couple Rtn Shobha Nahar (district 3131) and her husband Ashok Nahar, Rtn Surajit Deb treated the delegates to an ethnic lunch at Paradise restaurant on 6th October and Rtn Vikram Didwania provided vehicles for two days for sightseeing. The club members also attended the cultural programme organised at PWD Auditorium on the same day where they felicitated the guests with phulam gamosa. The cost amounted to about Rs. 15,000.
