Pink Media Hero

Rotary Club of Silchar Pink observed on 1st August, 2021 the Media Hero Award program as planned and guided by the District Governor Rtn. Dr. Mohan Shyam Konwar. The chief guest of the program was AG Zone XI Rtn. Harkishore Chanda. The guest of honour of the program was IPAG Rtn. Chiranjit Ghosh.
Way2Barak is an electronic web portal looking after by three lady and they worked extremely well during the Covid-19 crisis by updating all Covid related data including availability of hospital beds, doctors' facility etc. with hourly updates.
President and members felicitated them with Media Hero Award which include Certificate, memento and gifts. Both chief guest and guest of honour appreciated Rotary Pink for selecting Way2Barak as their Media Hero. 14 members of the club participated in the program. President Rtn. Lutfa Ara Choudhury of Rotary Club of Silchar Central was present in the program as special invitee.
