Ranajit Ghosh Memorial Award Ceremony in Shifted RWM

As of every year this year in a shifted RWM in memory of our ex member, late PDG RID3240 , Ranajit Ghosh, on 22nd. November at his Birth Anniversary R C Burdwan performed Ranajit Ghosh Memorial Award Ceremony. Every year in this ceremony, the student from Department of Law of The University of Burdwan, who secures highest marks in 1st & 2nd Semester taken together is felicitated and awarded by the club to commemorate the memory of late PDG Ranajit Ghosh. The award money is Rs 10,000/- is paid by cheque to the awardee. This year the award goes to Law student Chanril Chattopadhaya. Hon'ble Justice Calcutta High Court Apurba Sinha Ray graced the meeting as Chief Guest and on behalf of the club handed over the award to the awardee. The Chief Guest delivered Speech in the RWM, emphasizing practical aspects of law that enriched our members . He was felicitated and honoured with memento and gift.
