Project Description:--:
• During DG visit programme, various vocational awards and certificates of honour were presented by DG. Dr. Kushanava Pabi.
• Senator Okram Memorial Rotary Footballer of the Year was handed over to Malemnganba Singh Thokchom of Bishnupur District. He is currently representing Indian Under-17 Men’s Football Team and playing for AFC qualifier matches. This award is being sponsored by Rtn. Okram Sonamani Singh in memory of his loving son (L) Senator Okram every year which includes a citation, cash prize and a memento.
• Two senior citizens Dr. N. Kheroda Devi, Former Director of Family Welfare Deptt, Govt. of Manipur and Prof. H. Tombi Singh, Former Vice Chancellor, Manipur University were also honoured for their tireless and valuable contributions to the society through their vocational services by RC Imphal.
• Yengkokpam Premahini of Charangpat, Thoubal District and Mutum Amusana Singh of Loitang Leikinthabi were presented with wheelchair and auxiliary crutch, respectively which were sponsored by RC Polo City Imphal.
• Local media had covered the project widely.
