REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF SHILLONG
The future of the country, rests upon the children of our country, so what more befitting than a celebration with children, to mark this momentous day. To commemorate India’s 74th Republic Day, the President of Rotary Club of Shillong Rtn Deeya Rathore, accompanied by a good number of Rotarians, had a Republic Day Celebration on 26th January 2023, with the children of Hindu Mission which was celebrated with zeal and fervour. Yoga mats and boxes of snacks were given to the children. Flags were distributed, greetings of Republic Day exchanged. The children joined the RCS members in reciting patriotic couplets. It was an enjoyable and memorable programme.
