Rotary Club of Imphal celebrates 50th Foundation Day on 31st Oct’2022

• Rotary Club of Imphal (RID-3240) celebrated the 50th Foundation Day of the club by organizing various community based service projects at Imphal on 31st Oct’2022.
• A ceremonial cake cutting programme by all Past Presidents was organised at Rotary Bhavan, Mantripukhri on 31st Oct’2022.
• Rotary Club of Imphal was founded on 31st Oct’1973 and the club will be celebrating its 50 years of service as ‘Golden Jubilee Year 2022-23’ for upliftment of the community through various service projects throughout the year 2022-23 starting from 31st Oct’2022 till 31st Oct’2023.
• As a part of observation of 50th Club Foundation Day, a blood donation camp was organised at American Oncology Institute, Babina Speciality Hospital, Sajiwa, Imphal East district in which about 27 units of blood was voluntarily donated by club members and volunteers. Rtn. Pramod Jaiswal, President of Rotary Club of Imphal, who is donating blood for the 46th times, appealed everyone to voluntarily donate blood to save lives and help needy patients at the hospital. Eatable items were presented to the in-house patients at the hospital.
• Rotary Club of Imphal had also provided lunch to the school students of Konsam Tomba and Sachi School, Khurai Chairenthong, Imphal East District as part of the 50th Foundation day celebration on 30th Oct’2022.
