A conference is a gathering of people, who singly can do nothing, but together can decide that nothing can be done.

We, the members of RC Silk City Malda, have attended Taranga-23, the 33rd District Conference of RID-3240 at Digha. It is the biggest event of the district held for three days i.e. 06.01.2023 to 08.01.2023. Taranga, the 33rd District Conference of RID 3240, brought together 1,000 plus Rotarians, along with their families, and bonded with each other and shared best practices, over three days along with a variety of programs. The eminent speakers gave spontaneous speeches which inspired us greatly. The conference was enriched with teachings and musical programs. It was really a great initiative. The conference also gifted the Rotarians a vision of Rotary beyond the club level and provided a memorable fellowship experience. Many Rotarians have said that they were never truly enthusiastic about Rotary until they saw such an inspirational presentation at that district conference. We must say that the conference was extremely wonderful. The program was a great success.
