Rotary Club Of Siliguri Uttorayon Believers Celebrated Teachers'Day on 5th September to honour and felicitate 8 teachers of the town by giving certificate and gifts. Believers had also organised a cultural program. Some games, home made food by members, music and fun to entertain them and to acknowledge their contribution in the society. The project chairperson Rtn Anju Sarda and Rtn Sunita Bislania had put up a great show along with Rtn Monica Prasad and president Rtn Kiran Kayan, secretary Rtn Sunita pasari, Treasure Rtn Sulekha Agarwal and all the other revered members. The teachers were overwhelmed to receive the love and warmth from the club members. Teachers are the makers of the society and they are the very thread used to weave the fabric of society. Believers believe this and so they came forward to honour the teachers for their hardwork in the pandemic times. even during which they have kept the lamp of education lit.
