VOCATIONAL EXCELLENCE AWARD CEREMONY 2022-2023

On the evening of the 16th of June 2023, Rotary Club of Shillong held the vocational awards ceremony. A tribute to unsung heroes. The program was graced by Shri PGP Hanaman who was the chief guest for the occasion. Smt B Giri was the guest of honour.
The program was well attended by Rotarians and Anns. Members present were PDG Rtn Manas Chaudhuri, Ann Shobha, PDG Dr Debashish Das, President Rtn Deeya S Rathore, Spouse Amar Rathore, Rtn Kishan Tibrewalla, Rtn Gangadhar Jatiani, Rtn Kailash Varma, Rtn Ajay Gupta, Ann Renu, Rtn Dr Santaram Joshi, Rtn Parambir Singh, Rtn Shyam Singhania, Rtn Amit Sharma, Rtn Dr Kamaljeet Sehdave, Rtn Osmand Nongbri, Rtn David Umdor, Rtn Amanda Jyrwa, Rtn Chandana Das, Rtn Akash Chirania, Rtn Suresh Singh, Rtn Vandana Gupta, Rtn Sunil Arora, Rtn Abhisekh Singhania, Rtn Alok Bhattacharjee, Ann Smita, Rtn Pooja Goenka and Rtn Dr G P Terang.
Recipients of the awards were, Dr Bhogtoram Mawroh, Fr Albert Thyrniang, Mr Eugeneson Lyngdoh,Ms Genevieve Khongjee, Ms Dasumarlin Majaw, Ms Ridahunlang Gatphoh, and Ms Simi Khongthiang.

It was a glittering ceremony in a beautiful ambience befitting the awardees and the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour, amidst the presence of a large number of Rotarians and Anns.
