Project Description:--:
We the Rotary Club of Guwahati Luit in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Guwahati Luit organized a mindful session on menstrual hygiene named "We For Her 2.0" at Kamrup Academy School, Chenikuthi, Guwahati.
The program began at 11:30am, when four team of female doctors and one male doctor from GMCH gave abundant information on female's menstrual cycle and hygiene.
All 50 to 60 girls attended the session who were filled with knowledge about the menstrual cycle, it's safety, precautions, maintaining cleanliness during those days and eliminate disbeliefs related to the condition.
In between the program, some of the girl students entertained us by singing patriotic songs.
After the session got over all the attendees were distributed 2 packs of Sofy sanitary napkins and a pack of milkshake.
