well attended WEBINAR on CYBER LAW organised under instructions of DG on District provided ZOOM platform and was streamed LIVE on YOUTUBE simultaneously.

Multiple clubs were involved like ROTARACT CLUB OF SOUTH GUWAHATI, ROTARY CLUBS of GAUHATI SOUTH, TEZPUR, SILIGURI, SILIGURI UTTARAYAN BELIVERS, ICON, DISPUR & SHILLONG HERITAGE.

PDG, Subhasis Chatterjee graced the occasion and gave the opening remarks, Guest Speakers Mr. Anuj Agarwal, Chairman, Center for Research on Cyber Crime and Cyber Laws; Mr. Saurabh Kumar, Ms. Rakhee S. Chowdhury and Mr. AYV Krishna, IPS, ADGP (CID) Assam gave an overview of the scams which are happening around us and the solutions in such situations.

Webinar was closed by a vote of thanks delivered by President of Rotaract Club of South Guwahati
